Thrombolytic agents can lead to fragmentation and mobilization of pre-existing thrombi. Unstable atherosclerotic plaques may predispose patients to the development of tPA-induced MI. 

溶栓药物可以使已存在的栓子碎裂并移动。不稳定粥样硬化斑块使患者容易出现tPA诱发心梗。
