Answer 答案：

Oral vancomycin or oral fidaxomicin. Both have similar efficacy for resolution of diarrhea, but fidaxomicin is superior for prevention of recurrence and the time to resolution of diarrhea is lower for fidaxomicin。 

口服万古霉素或非达霉素。两药对缓解腹泻有相似的效果，但非达霉素对防止复发更有效同时又缩短了腹泻缓解时间。
