第三十课　上主在我所看到的万物内，因为上主在我心里

J对第三十课的指导

you are blessed beings indeed

你们确实是深受祝福的存有

I am that one that you know is Jesus

我就是你们所认识的J

and we are happy that you are with us still coming to the end of this first month of lessons 

我们非常高兴你仍然与我们一起来到这个课程第一个月的结尾

you did not believe that you would make it this far 

你不敢相信你可以走那么远

and yet here you are on day 30 of a Course in Miracles lessons 

你依然来到了《奇迹课程》的第三十天

you are already one twelfth of the way towards the goal that you set 

你已经完成了你设定目标的十二分之一

so do not fade away now do not miss lessons or think that they are too hard to understand or difficult

所以，现在不要退却了，不要错过练习或是认为这些练习太难理解了，太难做了

you are already planting seeds of love all around you all the time doing these exercises 

当你做这些练习的时候，你就已经在你周围种下了爱的种子

when God is in everything you see you step back from judgment

当上主在你看到的万物之内时，你就从评判中后撤了

and this is the greatest gift that you can give yourself and your body your family your community and the world 

这就是你所能给予你自己、你的身体、你的家庭、你的社区和世界最大的礼物

when you step back from judgment saying that is wrong that is evil that is profane 

当你从评判中一边后撤一边说：“那是错误的，那是邪恶的，那是亵渎的”的时候

you open to the universe 

你就向宇宙敞开了

you open your consciousness to all 

你就向万有敞开了你的意识

and that is the path that we are walking on together 

这就是我们共同踏上的道路

where we come to a place where there is but love for everything 

我们会来到一切都是爱的地方

and so instead of projecting out your hatred 

所以，不是将你的憎恨投射于外

instead of laying hateful stories on the world giving it a terrible terrible meaning

也不是把憎恨的故事加在世界之上，给予世界一个非常非常可怕的意义

now you are projecting out into the world the truth

现在，你正在向世界投射真相：

that God is in everything you see that does not mean that God created everything you see but God is all that is 

“上主在你所看到万物之内并非意味着，上主创造了你所看到的万物，而是上主即是一切”

and so it is important for you to understand this basic principle of forgiveness 

所以，让你了解这个宽恕的基本原则是非常重要的

many of you think of forgiveness as allowing people off the hook so to speak 

你们很多人认为，宽恕就是允许人们从困境中解脱，也可以这样说

but forgiveness is a way of looking at the world 

但宽恕是看待世界的方式

it is a soft way a loving way a kind way 

这是一种温柔的方式，一种充满爱的方式，一种仁慈的方式

and it keeps your heart open 

它让你的心保持开放

and it keeps your defenses down 

它会使你放下防御

and that is how you connect to your brothers and sisters without fear 

这是你与兄弟姐妹们在无惧中链接的方式

your stories about the world 

你对世界的故事

your judgments about the world 

你对世界的评判

your cursing of the world 

你对世界的诅咒

or saying it is profane 

或者说是亵渎

keeps you defensive 

让你保持防卫

keeps you shut down 

让你关闭自己

keeps you alone 

让你保持孤独

and that is why you suffer 

这就是你受苦的原因

so go into this lesson today with great enthusiasm 

所以，今天满怀热情地走进这一课吧

becuse you are shifting your consciousness more than you know 

因为你正在比你知道更多地改变着你的意识

and you are shifting the projections that emanate from you more than you know 

你正在比你知道更多地改变着从你那里而来的投射

as you begin to see the world not as your enemy but as a simple reflection of that which is in your mind 

当你开始不再将世界视为你的敌人，而是看成那只是你心灵的反映

it is important these days as we go deeper into the lessons to witness times your inability to remember what you're meant to do 

当我们这些天更深入这些练习的时候，知道自己记不起来想做什么了，是非常重要的

it is important for you to just see this and say 

你只是看着这些，然后说：

ah I have not known what my mind is doing for several hours this is why I am in a mind training program 

“啊，我有好几个小时都不知道自己在做什么，这就是为什么我要参加心灵训练计划的原因“

it is not a demonstration of failure 

这并不是一个失败的证明

it is a demonstration of necessity for doing this program 

这只是证明，你有必要进行这个训练计划

so do not hate yourselves or judge yourselves harshly 

所以，不要恨自己，也不要严厉地批评自己

but merely witness what you are unable to do with your mind that you're unable to focus that you're unwilling at times even to give a minute to your spiritual practice

只是去看到，用你的心灵所不能做到的：你不能集中注意力，你没有意愿，哪怕只是进行一分钟的灵性练习

and in that observation you will realize that if you go six or seven hours without giving a minute to your spiritual practice with presence 

在观察中，你会意识到，如果你在六、七个小时中，都无法花一分钟来进行灵性练习

you are creating unconsciously all day long 

你一整天都是在进行无意识的创造

and you will get a very mixed bag of results reflecting back to you 

那么你获得的，也将是一个非常混乱的结果

I am that one you know as Jesus 

我就是你们所认识的J

and we love that you are with us share this video

be brave let people know what you're up to 

勇敢一点儿，让人们可以知道你在做什么

do not feel the need to justify or explain 

不要觉得那需要证明或是解释什么

but just say this is what I'm up to join or don't join it's up to you 

只是说，”你要不要加入我正在做的事？你自己决定“

I am that one that you know is Jesus 

我就是你们所认识的J
