第二十九课 上主在我所看到的万物之内
J对第二十九课的指导
you are blessed beings indeed
你们确实是深受祝福的存有
I am that one that you know is Jesus
我就是你们所认识的J
and it is the truth God is in everything that you see today
上主就在你今天所看到的万物之内，这是真理
and it is counter to your cultures teachings to see everything as sacred whether it is a flea or a dirty diaper or a dead tree or a car accident
显然，把一切都视为神圣的，不论是一只跳蚤、一块脏尿布、一棵死树或是一场车祸，违反了你们社会的教导
these are things you say God is not there
这些都是你说上主不在里面的事物
there is a great split created in your mind when you divide the world up into things that are holy and unholy
当你将世界分成神圣的和不神圣的两部分时，你就在你的心灵中创造了一个巨大的分裂
you cannot feel safe in a world where God is 50% absent
你在一个只有50%上主的世界里是不会感到安全的
you then are faced with the consequence of that decision which is who in charge of that other 50%
于是，你将面临着“剩下的50%谁做主”这个决定的结果
if God is not in that 50% what is in that 50%
如果上主不在那50%里面，谁在那50%里面？
and of course this is where the idea of the devil or Satan has arisen
当然了，这就是恶魔或者撒旦的观念出现的原因
it is a reflection of your split mind
这不过反映出你心灵的分裂
it is not reality
这并不是事实
God is in everything you see
上主在你所看到的万物之内
and you can rest assured in that
你可以安息其中
but you must retrain your mind to begin to believe it
然而你必须重新训练你的心灵去相信这一点
and you won't believe it at first
一开始，你是不会相信的
and that's okay
这没有关系
the ego will say surely God is in not in that God can't be in that
小我会说：“很明显，上主不在那里面，上主不可能在那里面的！”
but you must understand the consequence of dividing the world up into good and bad
但你必须明白，将世界分成“好”“坏”的结果
it means you are not safe
那意味着你不安全
it means that there is a force invisible but equal in power to that of God
那意味着，存在这一种无形的，且与上主的力量等同的力量
and you have no idea where it looks what it is or why it's there and that will induce deep fear in you
你不知道它在看哪里、它是什么或它为何在那里，而这些会在你之内产生深深的恐惧
so understand that this lesson is a profoundly peaceful inducing lesson
所以，要明白，这是催生极度平安的一课
it will stop you walking around in fear waiting for the devil's hammer to hit you on the head
它能阻止你围绕着恐惧打转，等待着恶魔的锤子敲向你的头颅。
it is not going to happen so why behave as if
这一切都不会发生，所以，为何要表现得像是真的一样？
it is God is in everything you see including you
上主在你看到的万物之内，包括你自己
I am that one that you knows Jesus
我就是你们所认识的J
and we will speak to you again tomorrow
