what kinds of presents do people usually give in China ?

as far as I have ever noticed , there are generally two different types of presents we usually give on different occasions in China .

1st as for traditional days or festivals , people usually give something conventional or old time products to each other in order to have a good time together , such as lucky money which represents people’s best wishes for a new year to come , for example ,....

2nd however when it comes to ordinary days or western festivals , modern or overseas presents are also chosen to celebrate a happy time , especially youngsters at my age , we are also fans of foreign cultures and merchandises , for instance ,....

should employees have their own goals ?

of course , I firmly agree that employees should be encouraged to have their own goals for both career and everyday life .

1st as for targets set for what they do for a living , employees will be having a clear blueprint over what ought to be done and what can be achieved in workplace , therefore their work efficiency would be greatly improved , for example ,....

2nd in terms of everyday life , those who have a long term goal are usually more likely to gain respect and support from others , especially in a family , which is a way for adults to build a healthy interpersonal relationships wherever they are , for instance ,....
