In a world where fashion industry becomes increasingly popular ,we come to the point that we have to reevaluate its necessity. Several reasons could account for this phenomenon and my opinions towards it are mixed. I do support people’s attitudes running for beauty , however ,the side effects from the plastic surgery still threaten both the society and individuals.

There are a wide range of causes leading to this trend . The most obvious one is due to the advancement of people’s living standard ,people start to pay more attention to their appearance, which is supposed to be a positive thing if it is within some range. However ,those who relate how their face look like to other benefits may tend to go extremely, which means they may invest themselves by doing change on their faces for the sake of potential development . People in entertainment industry are the cases to illustrate especially female stars. In order to stay young and have more access to screens they would choose to do whatever they can to make their face and body shape in good condition. Other factors ,such as media ,is a nonnegligible trigger in this “movement”. Under the maximizing effect on the celebrity doing surgery , many young people victimized themselves lying paralyzed on the cold bed ,with hopes that a surgery could turning them from common people to stars under the spot light. All these reasons create a illusion that only through a nice -looking face ,can one succeed in a society .

Accordingly ,the negative effects occurred .The most vulnerable groups would be the young as they have not cultivated proper life view and world view .Wrongly ,they would thought there would be some short cuts to success instead of endeavor. And this idea would pose detrimental results on them as life is not about one single easy road ,but builds on accumulative fighting for dreams .More adversely , some youth would commit crimes to collect money for the expensive expenditure for the surgery .They even go abroad ,Korea, for example ,being well known for it numerous clinics to do the surgery. A unhealthy morale ,thus ,is stimulated amongest teenagers ,as if the fate of life relies on just the face ,which is totally wrong. Though this industry supports many hospitals and doctors , it erodes the juvenile in a spiritual way.

To sum up ,pursuing beauty is the right of everyone ,but living beautifully or on the way to striving for life mirrors more beauty essentially.Not until the time when we could really realize that there is no a plainly lovely face ,but a lovely person and a lovely soul ,could we will win the battle from the cosmetic industry .
