在你之内没有什么值得害怕

不要追随那些告诉你必须赎罪，不论以什麽方式赎罪的人。反之，信任你自己存在的自发性，信任你自己的生命。如果不喜欢你的处境，就检查你拥有的那些信念，将其带到光天化日之下。在你之内没有什么值得害怕。

Do not follow those who tell you that you must do penance, in whatever form. Trust instead the spontaneity of your own being and the life that is your own. If you do not like where you are, then examine those beliefs that you have. Bring them out into the open. There is nothing within yourself to fear.
