CFDA( 5-羧基荧光素二乙酸酯)

5-羧基荧光素二乙酸酯  (5-CFDA,5-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate)是一种可渗入细胞并被水解为5-carboxyfluorescein,用于标记人椎间盘细胞以便体外荧光显微镜观察。荧光 :λex 290± 3 nm in methanol; λex 492± 3 nm, λem 520 ± 4 nm in Buffer pH 9。

溶解度SolubilitySoluble in DMSO (5 mg/ml), DMF, chloroform, Acetonitrile, and 1-2% Methanol/Chloroform.

5-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate is a vital stain. Non-fluorescent, hydrophobic agent that permeates intact cell membranes. In the cell, 5-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate is enzymatically hydrolyzed to a hydrophilic agent, strongly fluorescent 5-Carboxyfluorescein.
