克劳伦斯·谢泼德·戴伊（Clarence Shepard Day）（1874-1935年），美国作家。1935年，他发表自传性短文集《与父亲生活》（Life with Father），获得成功。这部著作以温和幽默的文笔描述了十九世纪纽约市一个中上阶层家庭的冒险经历。霍华德·林赛（Howard Lindsay）和拉塞尔·克劳斯（Russel Crouse）根据这部小说创作了一部同名戏剧，于1939年公开上演，创下演出次数达3224场的纪录。戴伊出生在纽约市，是记者本杰明·亨利·戴伊之孙。1896年毕业于耶鲁大学，为《纽约客》（The New Yorker）杂志撰写文章。
