我是每天去练一道题，因为part3有很多随机性，但是套路是一样的，多练习几道，该什么时候说论点，该什么时候举例、反证、对比立马就自然而然说出来了。

In terms of this question, my opinions are mixed. I do agree that in most cases, it's rather vital for kids to be involved in a team ,but I and also find the argument that some kids are not suitable to work in a team to be equally persuasive.

The most important advantage in terms of team working is that it can practice their interpersonal skills for kids ,which can prepare them emerging adolescent.

Team spirit is an ability through which you can practice how to listen to others, how to give feedback probably and how to cooperate with others in a mutual climate.

However, there are also some kids who would like to stay by themselves.

For example, some kids would like to stay in front of computers writing codes all day or reading in a library all day .

For them, being in a group would be the burden for them both physically and mentally.

Also, in some cases, the situation is that for some kids, the time to join the team is rather later compared to other kids.

So there isn't any rush here to push kids into team activities.

In closing, where this question ends, actually, is whether kids feel comfortable working in a team.
