7月20日，民航局、海关总署、外交部联合发布了：关于来华航班乘客凭新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明登机的公告。
在这份公告中，所有搭乘来华航班的乘客都必须持有5天内的核酸检测阴性证明。
公告一出让很多留学生一头雾水，去哪里检测核酸？哪里才是指定的机构？
7月31日，中国驻美国大使馆发布了相关的指南。
具体内容如下：
目前，我馆领区各州均有许多医院、诊所或实验室等医疗机构，为公众提供新冠病毒核酸检测服务。
不同检测机构的检测能力、是否需要预约、检测费用、报告出具时间等各不相同。

《关于来华航班乘客凭新冠病毒核酸检测阴性证明登机的国家名单》可以在小程序“防疫健康码国际版”中查询。
根据中国政府7月20日公告及有关驻外使领馆通知，自有关国家搭乘航班来华的所有中、外籍乘客，包括经该国中转来华乘客，均须在登机前5天内完成新冠病毒核酸检测。
中国籍乘客须在登机前接受航空公司对核酸码的查验。
