《THE DARK FOREST》三体Ⅱ黑暗森林



"The real universe is just that black."

“真实的宇宙就是这么黑。”

 Luo Ji waved a hand, feeling the

darkness as if stroking velvet.

罗辑伸手挥挥，像抚摸天鹅绒般感受着黑暗的质感。

 " The universe is a dark forest. 

“宇宙就是一座黑暗森林

Every civiliza-tion is an armed hunter

每个文明都是带枪的猎人

stalking through the trees like a ghost,

像幽灵般潜行于林间

gently pushing aside branches that block the path and trying to tread without sound. 

轻轻拨开挡路的树枝，竭力不让脚步发出一点儿声音

Even breathing is done with care. 

连呼吸都小心翼翼……

The hunter has to be careful，because everywhere in the forest are stealthy hunters like him.

他必须小心，因为林中到处都有与他一样潜行的猎人。

If he finds other life–another hunter, 如果他发现了别的生命，不管是不是猎人

an angel or a demon,

不管是天使还是魔鬼

a delicate infant or a tottering old man, 

不管是娇嫩的婴儿还是步履蹒跚的老人

a fairy or a demigod

也不管是天仙般的少女还是天神般的男孩

there s only one thing he can do:

能做的只有一件事：

openfre and eliminate them. 

开枪消灭之

In this forest,

在这片森林中

hell is other people. 

他人就是地狱

An eternal threatthat any life that exposes its own existence will be swiftly wiped out. 

任何暴露自己存在的生命都将很快被消灭。
