电阻应变片为什么要进行温度补偿？补偿方法有哪些？

答：电阻应变片传感器是靠电阻值来来度量应变的，所以希望它的电阻只随应变而变，不受其它因素的影响。但实际上，虽然用作电阻丝材料的铜、康铜温度系数很小(大约在=(2.5～5.0)×10-5/℃)， 但与所测应变电阻的变化比较，仍属同一量级。如不补偿，会引起很大误差。这种由于测量现场环境温度的变化而给测量带来的误差，称之为应变片的温度误差。

  补偿方法：（1）线路补偿。
