A recent study of prescription records of 1 million medicare patients found that FQ’s as a class were not associated with increased risk of tendon rupture. However, levofloxacin did exhibit significant increased risk。

一个近期对超过1百万医疗救助保险患者的处方研究发现，氟喹诺酮类总体上并没有增加韧带断裂的危险。但左氧氟沙星却使其风险明显增加。
