The Oriental Government Commission, also known as Santa Cruz on the map, is a separatist state rebelling from the Republic of Bolivia and a client state of the Republic of Paraguay. Its separation is justified by the supposed racial superiority of the local whites.

The nation will inevitably come into conflict with Bolivia, seeking to reunify the country under its own ideology.

Aktobe, officially the National Republic of Aktobe, is a warlord state in Kazakhstan. It borders the Dirlewanger Brigade, Orenburg and Kostanay to the north, Kyzylorda to the east; Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan to the south, and Nowa Polska to the west.

Aktobe is an independent warlord state that was formed by former Red Army colonel Nikolai Onoprienko. Seeing how communism failed in the Kazakh SSR, he declared the creation of a new ideology called National Renewal, claiming to combine the best elements of capitalism, Bolshevism, and fascism. This new ideology has few followers outside of the lands controlled by Onoprienko’s clique, but he is convinced that it is Kazakhstan’s only hope to recover from anarchy.

Aktobe's military forces are quite professional, but not numerous, which forces Onoprienko to pick his fights carefully.

One of the prospective tasks for Aktobe's current leadership is accelerated industrialization at all costs in order to make Kazakhstan a modern and powerful country. Onoprienko hopes to establish ties with regional powers like India and Iran or even superpowers like Germany and Japan.
