关于plasia和trophy的一些翻译留档

-plasia (formation) [形成，生成]

Anaplasia                    退生(structural differentiation loss within a cell or group of cells)

退行性的细胞群增生。开始去分化了捏，下一步就是恶性转化了.jpg

Aplasia                        缺生/缺如(organ or part of organ missing)    

细胞群没能长到正常形态，没能从0到1

Desmoplasia               缔生 (connective tissue growth)

结缔组织的细胞增生。只是一个普通的描述名词而已。

Dysplasia                    畸生 (change in cell or tissue phenotype)

这样增生出的细胞可能是癌前细胞。

Hyperplasia                 增生 (proliferation of cells)

plasia本意如此：数量增加，从1到1+

Hypoplasia                  减生 (congenital below-average number of cells, especially when inadequate)  

你hyper meaning high，我hypo meaning low不过分吧。从1到0，但未到0

Metaplasia                  化生 (conversion in cell type)    

表型都变了，但不一定是坏事捏，更多是为了适应。

Neoplasia                    赘生 (abnormal proliferation)   

谁把这个词翻译成“瘤形成”的？plasia一家人必须整整齐齐！而且neo-≠-oma。

Prosoplasia                 进生 (development of new cell function)

进行性增生。其实也是一种瘤形式，但由于是进行性，所以分化形式高，不会变成恶性瘤。

-trophy (nutrition, fatten) [营养，肥硕]

Abiotrophy              痿衰 (loss in vitality of organ or tissue)

器官和组织因为基因缺陷寄了。

Atrophy                   萎缩 (reduced functionality of an organ, with decrease in the number or volume of cells)

长成之后由于基因或环境因素寄了。从1到0

Dystrophy               痿弱 (any degenerative disorder resulting from improper or faulty nutrition)

甚至没有长成。没能从0到1

Hypertrophy            肥大 (increase in the volume of cells or tissues)

trophy本意如此：我摄取养分，因此变得肥壮。从1到1+

Hypotrophy             瘦小 (decrease in the volume of cells or tissues)
