帕梅拉2022•20周课表跟练视频链接整理合集

➡️每两周更新一次课表!后一周微调课表!

➡️2020-2021课表有5个阶段,分别是:新手友好,30min进阶,45min慢速,45min热汗,45min舞蹈(45min慢速和舞蹈在Pam app更新)!

➡️2022除了上述5个阶段外增加了3个专项训练,分别是:45min减重燃脂计划,45min蜜桃臀计划,45min腹肌计划!
