PVP设计
K: Let's get the show on the road with starting from right from the top of the questions channel.
K:让我们开始吧,从提问频道最上面的问题开始
K: Very common question ever since the first stages of alpha.
K:从Alpha早期开始就经常问的问题
K:And since honestly, a lot of people's first touch into ready or not what is the current state of the pvp being relaunched.
K:说实话,我估计很多人第一次接触到RoN,应该是将PVP加入当时游戏的版本。
G: We haven't really touched the pvp too much.
G:我们倒是没怎么玩PVP。
G: We played around with it occasionally for some for fun.
G:我们也只是找乐子的时候打打。
G: There's a few different modes that we play with.
G:我们有好几个不同的PVP模式
G: We actually we have this mode that we've casually something else will jump in.
G:我们确实有些时候也会跑来打打这些模式。
G: It was just literally like a got 1v1.
G:有些时候我们就是打打1v1。
G: I want 1v1 like a free for all kind of things.
G:我希望1v1变得比较自由。
G: You just born in, you shoot each other.
G:你只需要复活,然后对着个人爆射就行
G: And that kind of, obviously I did it.
G:确实,我们也是这样搞的
G: It's very likely pvp with lot of fun. If we get it right.
G:要是我们搞好来,这PVP肯定很有趣。
G: The biggest trick is make sure that it's an interesting and kind of engaging.
G:最大的秘诀是确保他有趣且诱人。
G: Game it something that you can play and not feel like the old pvp we had kind of felt like it had no purpose.
G:它更像一个游戏,不像旧PVP那样有点漫无目的。
G: It was kind of flat a bit, and it was probably over designed as well.
G:它有点太平淡了,也有点用力过猛了。
G: It didn't really fit, like the levels didn't really fit the top the style of game play that our game was going for.

G: So going forwards, I think with pvp

G: I'm not gonna like talk about what that could look like.

G: Just because it's quite

G: If I say one thing, it might not be something entirely different.
G:就算我说了什么,最后成品也可能完全不一样。
G: But I can say that we have a few different ways that we're gonna implement pvp and one that will come to ready or not at some point.
G:但我能聊聊我们几种开发PVP的方式,有朝一日PVP总会回归的。
G: Probably not too far down the track would be part of the new station that we're working on.
G:应该不会等太久,算是我们正在开发新警局的一部分。
G: So right now we have players who are going in to the kill house.
G:现在有些玩家进杀戮屋。
G: They're running around shooting at each other like just can kill each other re-spawn and run down.
G:他们流动其中,相互射爆,然后不停地相互击杀,复活。
G: Do it again? *3

G: With the new station which actually I think that may have just been a bit of information that now I know about with the new lobby level.
G:关于新警局,我倒是能说点我知道的东西。
G: there's going to be a larger kill house area, large kill house zone and there will be a dedicated area where you can actually just decide to enter into pvp with your friends.
G:新警局会个有更大的杀戮屋,届时将会有一个独立区域供想跟朋友打pvp的玩家使用。
G: And that'll be our first like taste because that's currently what we can do in Ready or Not like as we've tried.
G:这算是我们在游戏里尝试过后,觉得比较合适的风格。
G: It's a lot of fun.
G:这确实挺好玩。
G: It's really cool like having a firefight with someone through a wall.
G:跟玩家相互穿射确实挺有意思的。
G: Actually, we haven't tried but I think would like the new ricochet with the spoiling stuff.
G:不过,我们还没试过拿跳弹和弹头碎裂这些东西打。
G: But even before all that, it was really sweet having like a big gunfight.
G:但就算加这些特性之前,(玩家间)相互火并就已经很好玩了
G: And you like kind of trying to guess what the other dude is through the wall.
G:你要试着去猜墙后的玩家到底在哪。
G: You can hear him walking and stuff and you're trying to like ping them through that or like breaching a door, throwing grenade, and then this kind of trying to find the enemy.
G:你能通过听敌人走路、破门、扔投掷物之类的声音来找到他们的位置。
G: It felt really, really cool.
G:这确实非常有意思。
G: So that'll be our first forward a into it, almost as like a staged thing this time, just like kind of staging it out going well.
G:PVP的设计方向目前就是这样,刚进入一个新阶段,但目前为止一切都还算顺利。
G: How do people like just like a very basic PVP where they can kind of play around in an environment?
G:不知道你们喜不喜欢在一个比较简单的场景打PVP?
G: The station itself, the actual the arena area, the shootout area, it'll be a bit more to it.
G:新警局会有像竞技区、射击场等更多的区域。
G: But so expect something, I would say, definitely this year.
G:但如你期待的话,我只能说今年肯定能出。
G: And then as for a larger scale pvp which is probably what people thinking of.
G:而玩家想要的那种大规模PvP
G: We're just still in kind of talking about thinking about it.
G:这个我们还处于讨论的阶段。
G: It's not really in the forefront of our minds.
G:目前我们还没怎么考虑过具体怎么做。
G: Honestly, it's mostly everything serving cooperative and single player right now.
G:说实话,目前设计都是围绕合作和单人模式。
G: But it will get into that stage.
G:但总有一天会搞PvP的。
G: We were like, well, we could probably start branching it into a bit of pvp because it could be a lot of fun.
G:总有一天,我们会为了更好玩开始往分支里开发PvP。
G: They kind of have something a bit more CQB oriented unique.
G:一种更具有CQB倾向的PVP。
G: Soon as we get it right, we want to get it right.

S: On that, from a development point of view we've been making improvements to the builds and the lights.

S: And one of those improvements has been to generate dedicated service as a proof of concept.

S: So going back to Gruntr as time lines, that's something that we do plan to do from a technical point of view.

Z: I can actually branch off into.

Z: I guess the voice chat part of this because I know voice chat is obviously super important in PVP and something that I know that the sound team really wants to explore is actually having the voice processed by Fmod instead of it just being through unreal engine like the default stuff.
Z:像语音聊天这个问题,我们知道在pvp里面玩家语音沟通很重要,这也是我们音效团队一直很想试试,不用虚幻引擎而是用Fmod来处理语音。
Z: So that means that all the environmental effects that you hear in the game that's gonna be pushed onto the voice.
Z:这意味着你在游戏里听到的环境音效也将同时影响语音.
Z: So like your friends by a wall, it's gonna sound muffled.
Z:如果你的朋友在墙边,他的声音就会变闷。
Z: Or they're in like a reverb tunnel and it's gonna be reverberating through that tunnel.
Z:或他在有回音的隧道里,那他的声音就会在在隧道里产生回音。
Z: So just kind of these hand in hand improvements that will help push the pvp immersion along a little bit further.
Z:这一个个优化都能进一步增加PvP的游戏代入感。
