EXAMPLE 1 不敢问问题:

When I was an intern, I was much timider than I am today. During my internship, I was afraid to ask questions. I always felt like people didn't have enough time to help me. 

When it was time for my performance review, my manager told me that he felt like I wasn't learning enough. He encouraged me to ask questions so that I could learn. After that conversation, I asked many more questions and grew a lot in that role. In fact, they offered me a job upon graduation.

Apparently, this mistake taught me the importance of asking questions. And from then on, I got used to asking questions that I don't understand before I do something.

This experience taught me that it's okay to ask for help and that while I can do a lot, I can't do everything.
