@7806macca Not really. If you don''t have them, it just means you''re not working hard enough. You must be joking, because after a few months of workout for most people you can get to around 15% to 12% of body fat, which is when abs start to become visible.

@Proex Im failing to see how HE should post sources when SHE (Tricia) did not. Not only that, but the guy ure claiming is wrong is actually far more right than she was. I mean really, they teach this in any PE class you (should) have had. Abs has never, and never will be a sign of being "healthy". Fit? More often than not, yes. However, like he pointed out: Unless you are super skinny (which isnt healthy), you''re not going to get the defined abs that are considered attractive, while keeping a reasonable %bf. And even if you are that skinny, the amount considered to be low enough to be an attractive trait is probably less than 10-13%. Reaching these numbers either mean you''re working out all day long, or you''re taking supplements in order to get all necessary vitamins etc needed, since your diet would pretty much be meat-free in order to avoid fat. Theres a difference between "slightly visible abs" and what is considered attractive. Big core mucles on their own isnt any sign of being healthy either. Most of the time, abs arent even achieved by cardio, and cardio is probably one of more obvious signs of being healthy.

腹肌从来都不是“健康”的标志。健身？相比于不健身的，肯定更健康。但就像他指出的那样：除非你特别得瘦（这点不健康），不然你无法得到有型的、有足够吸引力的腹肌，同时还要保持合理的体脂率。
即便你足够瘦了，大多数人也认为这与有吸引力的程度还有很大的距离，后者的体脂率大概要低于10-13%才行。能做到这地步，要么代表你整天都在为此而努力，要么代表你有服用身体必要的营养补剂，因为为了避免脂肪你不得不尽可能避免吃肉。
所以，这代表“稍微有腹肌”跟有吸引力的腹肌之间是有区别的。核心大腹肌并不是健康的标志。
大多数时候，腹肌都没法通过有氧运动来达到，而有氧运动可能反而是健康的标志之一。
