Reaction characteristics：

TMRE，是一种线粒体特异性染料 (λex=550 nm，λem=575 nm)。在上皮细胞中观察到TMRE的多向动态运动，并且在活牛眼镜片的浅层皮质纤维细胞中观察到双向动态运动。在上皮细胞中，TMRE荧光的移动高达5μm/ min，而在浅表皮质中，观察到的移动高达18.5μm/ min。通过处理解偶联剂羰基氰化物间氯苯腙（CCCP）来消除TMRE荧光的运动。
