1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-甘油-3-磷酸乙醇胺(DSPE)共轭聚乙二醇,DSPE-PEG是一种兼具亲水性和疏水性的磷脂-PEG共轭物。聚乙二醇化磷脂是一种优良的脂质体形成材料,可用于药物递送、基因转染和疫苗递送。DSPE-PEG-N3产品可用于使用点击化学制备聚乙二醇化脂质体。叠氮化物在有或没有铜催化剂的水溶液中很容易与炔烃或环氰基反应。磷脂的聚乙二醇化提高了胶囊药物的血液循环时间和稳定性。

PEGylated phospholipid is an excellent liposome forming material, which can be used for drug delivery, gene transfection and vaccine delivery. DSPE-PEG-N3 products can be used to prepare polyethylene glycol liposomes using click chemistry. Azides react easily with alkynes or cyclocyanides in aqueous solutions with or without copper catalysts. The PEG of phospholipid improves the blood circulation time and stability of the capsule drug.

Azide (- N3) can react with copper catalyzed alkynes in aqueous solution and be reduced to amino groups. Polyethylene glycol can increase solubility and stability. Reduce the immunogenicity of peptides and proteins, and it can also inhibit the non-specific binding of charged molecules on the modified surfaces.
