工厂因封控停工，客户问到一般怎么说？
由于广州部分地区封控，有些下了订单的客户最近问候得相对频繁些。对于熟悉的人，我一般会跟他简单地说：many thanks for your concern, my friend. everything is under control and gonna be fine.
如果是已经下单的客户，就会给他发一封停工的通知

Greetings.
The notice is to inform you that we have to suspend production after authorities announced a partial lockdown in Guangzhou due to a rise of COVID-19 cases.
All businesses in our area not involved with essential public services are required to halt production. And we were requested to work from home starting 4th Nov to 16th Nov temporary.
Because of factory closures we may experience some production delays. around one week to half month.
We are closely monitoring this ongoing situation and we will keep you updated on any further developments.
Please don't worry, we will try our best to arrange production again asap when release prevention and control. We will let you know when goods ready.
Thanks for your understanding for this unprecedented event.

对于后期恢复生产的时候，也可以跟客户这样讲：
Our factory has restarted producing, but due to the virus, our delivery date delayed in xxxx(这里可以结合您延迟的时间)。
我们的工厂已经复产了，但由于疫情影响，交期不得不延迟于xxxx时间。
We are carefully following the guidelines provided by the government to ensure everyone can stay safe.
我们严格遵循政府的指导方针，确保每个人安全。
At all events, we will try best to shorten the delivery time as soon as possible.
我们会尽一切可能尽快交货。
We will let you know when we confirm the delivery date. You can also contact any time. Wish you and me good luck.
