第二十课　我决心看见

J对第二十课的指导

you are blessed beings indeed

你们确实是深受祝福的存有

I am that one that you know is Jesus

我就是你们所认识的J

and it is an important lesson 

这是重要的一课

this one you are convinced that you can see 

你确信你能看见

you are convinced that you know exactly what's going on in the world 

你确信你确切知道世界是怎么回事

and you are convinced that you know exactly what's right and what's wrong and what should be and what should not be 

你确信，你确切知道什么是对的，什么是错的；什么是应该的，什么是不应该的

and you are arrogant in that belief or you are not qualified to make that determination 

你对这些信念非常自负，否则你就没有资格下这个结论

I am determined to see means that you are humble in your acknowledgement that you may not be able to see right now 

我决心看见，意思是：你谦虚地承认，目前你可能看不见

and that is what will give you negative emotional feedback from your guidance system 

这就是从你的导向系统反馈给你的负面情绪

if you are looking at something a situation person place thing or experience 

如果你看到一个人、事、物、经或经验时

and you feel strong negative emotion 

你感到强烈的负面情绪

you are not seeing it correctly 

那你就不是正确地看到它

because you are coming at it from the egos judgmental and narrow focus 

因为你是通过小我的评判和狭隘的焦点来看的

your very limited experience and understanding of spirituality and spiritual principles and assuming that you know what it means and you do not

你对灵性的理解和灵性法则（假设你知道那意味着什么，其实，你根本不知道）的经验非常有限

and that is what your negative emotional feedback will tell you that you are looking at it incorrectly

所以你消极的情绪反馈会告诉你，你看错了

but you have no choice currently on how to look at something 

但你目前对如何看待事物，是没有选择权的

you have been trained into believing certain rigid rules about your current experience of what you call reality 

你已经被训练去相信你称为“现实”的经验里的一些严格、僵硬的教条

and those have been placed in your mind by other beings 

而这些早已被其他人植入你的心中

generally speaking although you can come into this incarnation with leftovers from other incarnation elects periences 

一般来说，你这一世会带着其他前世经验所留下的信念

so what you are using to try and determine whether what you are seeing is good or bad is a hodgepodge of many many different ideas

所以，你用来做出你看到的什么是好，什么是坏的决定，其实是一个由许许多多的观念组成的大杂烩

we are through these lessons seeking to align you with love 

我们通过这些练习，探索让你与爱一致

so that you are not at war with the world that you see 

所以，你并不是与你眼前的世界开战

and that is where most of you find yourselves in a constant state of judgment constant state of fear or anxiety about survival or about what's going happen in the future about your relationships and what they mean 

你们大部分人发现自己经常都在对生存、对未来即将发生什么，对你们的关系和他们到底是什么意思这类问题产生评判、恐惧和焦虑

so this idea of being determined to see is a wonderful wonderful powerful statement to the universe 

所以，“我决心看见”这个观念，是对宇宙发出的一个非常非常美妙而有力的声明

that you know that right now you're not seeing things clearly and you can tell because you're not happy and at peace all the time 

你现在知道了，你看不清。你可以看出来，是因为你并非时刻都感到快乐和平安

and that is your messaging system telling you 

这就是你的信息系统告诉你的

so you are beginning to get an idea that now we are gonna push you a little bit more to pay more attention to what's going on in your mind 

所以，你现在正开始获得一个观念，就是：我们准备再推你一把，让你注意到你心灵中到底发生了什么

and you will fail at times you will get frustrated at times and the ego mind will say let us stop these silly lessons 

有时你会失败，有时你会沮丧，小我之心也会说：让我们停止这个愚蠢的练习吧

but that is why we are doing this this year 

但这就是为什么我们今年做这个练习的原因

because it is very important for you to really grasp this year

因为让你在今年真正了解到下面一点是非常重要的：

that the outside world is not where you should look for for your safety and for your happiness

外在世界并非你应该寻找安全和幸福之处！

that you must go inside and look there in your connection to spirit in your connection to all that is 

你必须向内走，在你与心灵的链接中，与一切万有的链接中，去寻找

I am that one that you know is Jesus and we will see you again tomorrow
