第十九课 我的想法所导致的后果，并非只有我单独承受
J对第十九课的指导
you are blessed beings indeed
你们确实是深受祝福的存有
I am that one that you know is Jesus
我就是你们所认识的J
and you are hanging in there very very well
你等在这里开始进行练习，非常非常之好
we are pleased about the fact that you are here again today
我们很高兴再次在这里看到你
each day you are allowing these lessons to go deeper and deeper into your beliefs about reality and about yourself and that the place you have in existence
每一天，你都允许这些练习去不断深入你对现实、对你自己、对你所存在之地所持的信念
the idea that your thoughts are secret and don't affect anybody else are clearly believed by most beings in your society
认为你的念头是一个秘密的，是不会影响到任何人的观念，是你们社会大部分人所相信的
people are thinking and thinking and thinking all the time
人们一直在不停地想啊想啊想
often negatively ruminating on things having absolutely no idea that that every single thought that they are having is planting a seed of that very thing that they are afraid of
通常都是消极地反复思考，一点儿都不知道，他们所拥有的每一个念头，都是在给他们所害怕发生的事播下种子
you begin to see how you can create things like dysfunctional relationships or diseases by constantly worrying and fretting about things
你开始看到你是如何通过不断地担心和烦恼来创造，诸如：失调的关系或是疾病的
not realizing because you've never been taught the truth that your thoughts affect everything and everyone
没有认识到这一点，是因为你从来没有被教导过，你的念头影响着所有的事和所有的人
you are the central pivotal will say linchpin in the creation of your life in all of its aspects in all of its facets and so you must be affecting
你是创造你人生所有面向的中枢，所以你必然在影响
because you are drawing to you those experiences people places and things that you are seeing and feeling in your life
因为是你吸引着那些你在人生中感受到和看到的经验、人、事、物、镜的
they come to you from you
它们是从你这儿来的
and so this is a very very important lesson and one
所以，这是非常非常重要的一课
that we hope brings to mind that mind-wandering is in fact like laying mine landmines along your future path
我们希望你知道，错乱的心灵实际上就好像在自己未来的路上埋下了一颗地雷
so think about that if you're complaining in your mind and envisioning a fight with your brother or your sister or your father or your mother
所以，好好考虑一下，如果你在心里抱怨，想象着与你的兄弟姐们或者爸爸妈妈打一架的话
you are planting that fight in your future and you're that person's future
你就是在为自己和那个人的未来计划这场争斗
and the more you do it the more likely that event is to come into physical manifestation
你越是这样想，这件事就越容易显化到物质世界
there is a momentum that has to be built it's true
这势必会建立一种动力，确实如此
but most of you that are annoying at a particular subject like a dog with a bone keep going back to it time and time and time again
但你们大部分人对某个特定的主题感到心烦，就好像一只狗在一次又一次不停地追逐一块骨头那样
so apply yourself to this lesson today
所以，今天就对自己运用这一课
knowing that it is extremely important that you understand this principle
要知道，了解这一原则极其重要
