you are blessed beings indeed
你们确实是深受祝福的存有
I am that one that you know is Jesus
我就是你们所认识的J
and we are pleased that you are here with us again today to join in this growing group of beings that are following this particular transmission on YouTube
我们很高兴今天你再次加入我们，来到这个正在成长的，关注YouTuBe上这个特定传讯的群体中
we want you to understand the power of collective thought collective consciousness that you are all joining together
doing the same thing feeling the same confusions at times
我们希望你了解，你们时常一起做同一件事，一起感受同一个困惑时的集体思想、集体意识的力量
and that is okay
这是没有关系的
these lessons are not meant to be understood by your ego mind
这些练习并不是你们的小我所能了解的
but here we have a perfect demonstration of minds being connected

and that is what we are seeking for you to realize in this lesson

you have been taught that you are completely separate
你们过去被教导“你们是完全分开的”
and the pooh-poohing or ridiculing of psychic phenomenon is one of the strategies that your society uses to keep you apart from each other
对超自然的通灵现象嗤之以鼻或嘲笑，是你们社会用来将你们彼此分开的一个策略
and to keep you from realizing that you are all connected to divine mind and each other
是为了不让你们认识到：你们全都与神圣天心链接着，你们彼此都互相链接着
so many of you will have felt ridicule from others if you have had some kind of psychic phenomena or feeling of premonition
所以，你们当中很多有通灵或是有预感人，都会感觉受到别人的嘲笑
and really all you're experiencing there is minds connected somebody thinking about you and you picking up on
实际上，你们所有人都正在体验着心灵链接——某个人正在想着你，而你则接收到了这个念头
that most of you feel most of you have experienced
你们大部分人都感觉到或体验过这样的事：
being with a close friend or partner and going to say something
当你准备跟亲密的朋友或伙伴说某件事时
and they say at first and you think oh that's so unusual we are thinking about the same thing
他们却先说出来了，你会想：噢，太神奇了，我们竟然在想同一件事
but that is going on all the time

but because you keep secrets

because you are well defended in your society
因为你被你们的社会很好地保护着
none of you really get to see that until you are in an intimate relationship with somebody
你们没有人真的看到这一点，直到你与某个人有亲密的关系
where you will reveal these things to each other
可以让你们互相展示这些东西为止
so this is an important part of understanding why it's so valuable to train your mind
所以，明白为何训练你的心灵是如此有价值，是非常重要的部分
because your mind is connected to all others and is can and is affecting everything

so these this idea of idle thoughts is no longer true in this training program

we are saying your thoughts are very very important and it is a gift to yourself and everyone else around you

and on the planet to maintain a loving frequency within that consciousness that you think of as yourself

so do this lesson willingly

and know that you are doing a very great service to humanity by practicing these lessons together with us each day

so know that changes are happening not only in you but in the collective mind
