Some people think that school and government should take responsibility to transport children to school.

While some people think that parents should get children to school.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

People have differing views with regard to who is supposed to take children to school.

In my view, both authorities ,schools and parents should take related obligations.

Admittedly ,schools and governments should be accountable in this regard.

This is because as some working parents are usually occupied by daily work, they find it difficult to spare time to take their children to school.

In this case , schools can offer public transport service to children by which the punctuality is guaranteed.

In some countries ,pupils can wait at special stations and commute by school bus ,which is the benefit from schools funded by governments.

This is not only a welfare  from the government , but also can offer safe commuting for students

As a result, parents do not have to worry the risks of going to school on their children.

Also, this service which is accessible and easily implemented by schools is favored by parents.

Nevertheless, parents also have similar duties.

For those whose homes are not close to school bus stations, it is parents who should take children to school

After all, each household can not shirk the responsibility on children's education and taking children to school is part of this duty.

In some countries where primary education is compulsory /mandatory, if parents failed to fulfill this practice ,they would be against law.

Also ,for children in cities, it is very normal for parents to drive them to school and thereafter parents can drive to work.

When taking children transport, parents can inform them about the rules of transport and other things.

This is time to strengthen family bond especially for hectic parents.

In summary, governments and schools can offer school bus service to those who are in need；at the same time, parents are encouraged to take children to school as well.
