- 30 new units, not all shared, across the rosters of Estalia, Tilea, Border Princes, New World Colonies.
- 17 Regiments of Renown and 10 "Regiments of Community" channelling mercenary expertise.
- Three new lord types and 8(9) custom Legendary Lords from Borgio the Besieger to community OC.
- Two new hero types, generals and captains reskinned, skill trees customized for all characters.
- Custom tech tree built from scratch for all the factions involved.
- Tebuary Cult / Plutocracy mechanic, with 100ish rites, hero recruitment, one special lord, 11 Companies of Renown aka RoC.
- New building chains and landmarks.
- Dynamic caps on some units, appropriate garrisons.
