The most common identified stroke mimics were migraine (18%), peripheral vertigo (7%), syncope (4%), and seizure (3%). Over a third of patients (38.4%) ultimately had an undetermined etiology for their symptoms. 

最常见并证实的脑卒中类似疾病包括偏头痛（18%），末梢性眩晕（7%），晕厥（4%），和癫痫（3%）。超过1/3患者（38.4）最终也查不出导致症状的原因。
