今天我想重点谈谈“恋爱脑”这个话题，并分享一些与之相关的常用表达。

Today I want to focus on the topic of being “lovesick” and share some common expressions related to it. 

“恋爱脑”是指对某人感到强烈的迷恋或渴望，通常是对恋人或迷恋。

To be “lovesick” means to feel intense infatuation or longing for someone, usually a romantic partner or crush. 

Some other ways to express this include:

意思是对某人有强烈的吸引力

• To have a “crush” on someone, meaning to have strong feelings of attraction towards a person. 

例如，“珍妮暗恋约翰一年多了。”

For example, “Jenny has had a crush on John for over a year.”  

被某人“神魂颠倒”，这表明你被热烈地迷恋着

• To be “smitten” with someone, which indicates you feel passionately enamored. 

例如，“杰克似乎完全被他的新女友迷住了。”

For example,  “Jack seems completely smitten with his new girlfriend.”

对某人“神魂颠倒”，意思是完全疯狂地爱上了某人。

• To feel “head over heels” for someone, meaning to feel utterly and wildly in love. 

例如，“玛丽对彼得一见钟情。”

For example, "Mary fell head over heels in love with Peter at first sight.”  

感觉“被爱情的虫咬了”，这表明你突然被爱情或迷恋的感觉迷住了。

• To feel “bitten by the love bug”, which suggests you have been suddenly captivated by feelings of love or infatuation. 

例如，“在遇到艾玛之后，詹姆斯被爱情虫咬了一口，无法停止对她的思念。”

For example, “After meeting Emma, James got bitten by the love bug and couldn’t stop thinking about her.”

People experiencing lovesickness often:

经常做关于他们爱的对象的白日梦。

• Daydream frequently about the object of their affection.  

当想到自己所爱的人时，会感到焦虑或头晕。

• Feel anxious or giddy when thinking about the person they love. 

想要经常在一起并保持联系。

• Want to constantly be together and stay in touch. 

难以集中注意力或感到心烦意乱，因为他们的思想一直在想着那个人。

• Have trouble focusing or feel distracted as their mind keeps drifting to thoughts of the person.  

感觉他们的整个生活都围绕着这个爱人。

• Feel like their whole life revolves around this love interest. 

恋爱脑可能无处不在，但通常会随着时间的推移而消失。

Lovesickness can be all-encompassing but usually fades over time. 

享受这种感觉是很重要的，但要避免对生活的其他部分着迷或失去兴趣。

It’s important to enjoy the rush of feelings but avoid becoming obsessed or losing interest in the rest of your life. 

随着平衡和成熟，恋爱脑可以演变成健康和长期的爱情。

With balance and maturity, lovesickness can evolve into a healthy and long-term love.
