1. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with…./ to complain about….(whine about)：我写信是为了表达我对……的不满。/对...抱怨

express：表达

dissatisfaction：不满意

2. I regret to say that I was not completely satisfied with the room you provided us. (performance)：我很遗憾地说，我对你们提供给我们的房间不完全满意。

completely：完整地；完全地；

provid：提供

3. We regret to inform you that your payment is considerably overdue.我们遗憾地通知您，您的付款已逾期很久了。

considerably：相当多地；程度很大地

overdue：逾期的

4. I would like to receive a full refund and compensation for the damages. 我想得到全额退款和赔偿损失。

refund：退款

compensation：赔偿；补偿

damage：损失

5. I’m sorry to say that you’re late with the payments. 我很遗憾地告诉你，你要付的款项还没到。

payment：支付 ；付款；款项

6. I hope you won’t mind me saying that the place you recommended to us wasn’t as nice as we’d expected. 我希望你不要介意我说你推荐给我们的那个地方没有我们想象的那么好。
