先知
神差派并赐予预言的人——这预言是从神而来的信息

民11:29
כט וַיֹּאמֶר לוֹ מֹשֶׁה, הַמְקַנֵּא אַתָּה לִי; וּמִי יִתֵּן כָּל-עַם יְהוָה, נְבִיאִים--כִּי-יִתֵּן יְהוָה אֶת-רוּחוֹ, עֲלֵיהֶם.
29 And Moses said unto him: 'Art thou jealous for my sake? would that all the LORD'S people were prophets, that the LORD would put His spirit upon them!'
11:29 摩西对他说、你为我的缘故嫉妒人么。惟愿耶和华的百姓都受感说话、愿耶和华把他的灵降在他们身上。

王上18:4
ד וַיְהִי בְּהַכְרִית אִיזֶבֶל, אֵת נְבִיאֵי יְהוָה; וַיִּקַּח עֹבַדְיָהוּ מֵאָה נְבִיאִים, וַיַּחְבִּיאֵם חֲמִשִּׁים אִישׁ בַּמְּעָרָה, וְכִלְכְּלָם, לֶחֶם וָמָיִם.
4 for it was so, when Jezebel cut off the prophets of the LORD, that Obadiah took a hundred prophets, and hid them fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water.--

先知群体的特征：
1 音乐伴奏的巡回敬拜
2 古怪的行为
3 向悖逆的以色列人宣告真理时的勇敢无畏，以及神所赐的预言未来、解梦和知晓其他神秘信息的能力
在由耶稣开启的新约时代，神的所有子民在某种意义上都被当作先知，因为他们都有神的话语印在他们心上，并向他们的邻舍传讲。
来8:11
καὶ οὐ μὴ διδάξωσιν ἕκαστος τὸν πολίτην αὐτοῦ καὶ ἕκαστος τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ, λέγων, Γνῶθι τὸν κύριον, ὅτι πάντες εἰδήσουσίν με ἀπὸ μικροῦ ἕως μεγάλου αὐτῶν.
8:11 No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest.
8:11 他们不用各人教导自己的乡邻、和自己的弟兄、说、你该认识主．因为他们从最小的到至大的、都必认识我。
