I usually wake up around 6:30 am to start my day with some slight stretching exercises that keep my body moving and vibrant. After that, I will take a shower and dress up. Once I'm ready, I like to make myself a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a quiet moment before the day starts. I usually read a book, listen to music or just sit down and enjoy a quiet while. After that, I like to spend some time on my hobbies or personal project. I love writing, so I often spend an hour or so working my latest projects or brainstorming new ideas. I find this is good to my creativity and productivity as well as a good way to start the day. Once I finish my personal project, I usually eat breakfast. I love a healthy, balanced meal with lots of protein and whole grains t. After breakfast, I'll check my email or any necessary appointment. After I've finished my work, I like to exercise or spent some time outdoors. I love going running, cycling, or doing some yoga that I find helps me to de-stress and clear my mind after a busy day. I may also meet with friends for coffee or dinner. In the evening, I like to relax. I usually read a book, watch a movie, or spend some time on a creative project like drawing or painting. I find this helps me relax and forget the stress of the day, and it gives me a good sleep. Finally, before going to bed, I like to meditate for a few minutes to clear my mind and get ready for sleep. I found this helps me fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly thoughout all night. Overall, this routine is a way I really like because it helps me feel productive, healthy and happy. It makes me balance work, hobbies and relaxation, it gives me a sense of structure and purpose, I feel very satisfied.
