J对第三十五课的指导
you are blessed beings indeed, I am that one that you know is Jesus
你们确实是深受祝福的存有，我就是你们所认识的J
and that is why I always tell you that you are blessed beings indeed
这就是为什么我总是告诉你“你确实是深受祝福的存有”的原因
because you do not perceive yourself that way
因为你并不那样看自己
this is an important point of view to carry through your day
这是你需要通过今天的宽恕来获得的一个重要观点：
to forgive yourself for the misperceptions and poor teaching that you have had
去宽恕自己之前所受到的，错误与匮乏的教导
that have caused you to be arrogant or short tempered or lustful or angry or self-righteous
正是这些教导，使你陷入：傲慢、暴躁、好色、愤怒或自以为是
there are many many points of view that you have of yourself that caused you great suffering
你对自己许许多多的观点，引起了你巨大的痛苦
because they shut down a part of your mind
因为它们关闭了你一部分的心灵
they shut down a part of your emotions
它们关闭了你的一部分情绪
and they shut down therefore access to parts of the world
因此，它们关闭了通往世界的大门
your experience that you might potentially have
而这一部分的体验，你本来是可能拥有的
if you see yourself as angry you will have to reflect that back to yourself in the world so you will encounter anger
如果你视自己为愤怒的，你就会在世界上获得这样的反射给你，所以，你会遇到愤怒
if you see yourself as imposed upon
如果你认为自己是受到强迫的
you will have people imposing upon you
你就会遇到强迫你的人
and so you will feel a victim of the world
因此，你就会觉得自己是世界的受害者
remember that other lesson I am NOT a victim of the world
还记得另外一课：“我并不是世界的受害者 ”吗？
these perceptions create experiences for you
这些观念创造了你的经历
and so it is important for you to remember that your vision of yourself as being holy means that
所以，重要的是记住，你视自己是神圣的，意味着：
you will have beautiful experiences holy experiences
你将会拥有美好的经历，神圣的经历
and this is what we want to soak you in this knowledge that you are in fact a divine aspect of God mind
这就是我们想要你沉浸其中的真知：你实际上是上主天心的一个神性面向
you have merely forgotten it
你只是忘了这一点
and so your world reflects your lack of belief in your divinity
所以，你的世界不过反应了你缺乏神圣本质的信念
your divinity is what will take you home
你的神圣本质将会带你回家
your knowledge that you are connected to all
你是与万有连接的
that you are not abandoned
你不是被遗弃的
that you are not in separate
你并不是分裂的
it is this shift in perception that will take you home to the truth
正是这种观念的转变，将会带你回到真理之乡
which is that you are at one with all that is God the great universal consciousness
在那里，你与万有是一体的，那就是上主的伟大宇宙意识
this is not your natural home
这里并不是你原本的家
you are away from your natural home
你远离了你原本的家
and that is why you feel abandoned and alone
这就是为什么你会感到被遗弃，感到孤独的原因
but you have chosen this journey into fear and separation
但你自己选择的这个进入恐惧与分裂的旅程
and continue to choose that journey into fear and separation
并且，还在继续选择进入这个恐惧与分裂的旅程
every time you have a thought that is unloving about yourself
每次你有这种想法的时候，都是不爱自己的表现
and that does not see yourself as holy
你并没有视自己为神圣的
so we want you to take this lesson seriously
所以，我们希望你认真练习这一课
and know that it is a beacon for your journey home to love
了解到它是你返回爱的家乡之旅的灯塔
I am that one that you know is Jesus
