J对第三十三课的指导

you are blessed beings indeed

你们确实是深受祝福的存有

I am that one that you know is Jesus

我就是你们所认识的J

and what a great gift you are giving yourself to assess the world in this way 

你用这样的方式来评估世界，对你来说，是多么大的一份礼物啊！

there is another way of looking at the world 

还有另外一种看待世界的方式

this is something that many of you never ever question 

这是你们很多人从来都不曾质疑过的问题

you never question the way you look at the world this person is that and he is this and she is that 

你从没有质疑过你看待世界的方式：这个人就是那样的，他就是如此的，她就是这般的

this way of questioning yourself opens up your narrow box in programmed mind to a potential future that is different 

你质问自己的这种方式，打开了被编程的心灵中的狭隘盒子，来到一个完全不一样的潜在的未来

after all is that not why you are here 

毕竟，这不是你来这里的原因

you have come to these lessons because there is some little niggling dissatisfaction in the way your body your life your world your relationships are working 

你来这里练习这些课程，是因为你对身体、人生、世界和人际关系的运作方式感到一些小小的不满

you know there can be more but you don't know how to get it 

你知道不会只是这样的，但你不知道如何达到

this lesson taken to heart is a most powerful powerful transformative device

because when your ego rises up in judgment or attack you immediately use your powerful free will and your choice to say

hang on a second maybe there's another way of looking at this

and that opens the door for communication 

而这开启了交流的大门

that opens the door for connection

that opens the door for love 

开启了爱的大门

that opens the door for a potentially new creation to come forth into your experience 

开启了你经验到潜在创新的大门

and that is what these lessons are for 

而这也是这些练习的目的

they are to give you a new experience 

这些练习会给你一种全新的经验

and you will begin to see that as you change your mind you get new experiences 

当你改变你心灵的时候，你就会开始看到，你获得了新的经验

and so what new experiences might you expect 

所以，你期望获得什么样的新体验呢？

well some of you are going to have more vivid dreams with messages contained within them 

有些人将会获得更清晰的梦，那里包含着很多的信息

some of you are going to have overwhelming urges to connect with people that you perhaps have not talked to for a long time or that you feel a slight resentment to 

有些人将会有强烈的与人连接的愿望，与那些可能很久都没有说过话的人或是那些有一点不满的人连接

some of you will get the urge to be compassionate and offer help to someone that perhaps you would not have helped before 

有些人会有同情别人的冲动，想要向人提供帮助，可能会帮助那些从前没有帮助过的人

perhaps you'll offer somebody a ride to work when before you would have watch them get on the bus

也许你会搭上别人一起去上班，而之前，你只是看着他们坐公交

perhaps your pay back a debt that you know has been long overdue 

也许你会偿还长久以前的债务

these are some of the healing experiences that you might begin to experience 

这些都是你可能会体验到的疗愈经验

you might begin to have physical experiences 

你可能开始有身体方面的经验

our dear one had some amazing what she calls out-of-body experiences where she had direct conscious contact with guides and teachers in higher realms in these early days of her course studies 

我们这位亲爱的存有就有过一些很不可思议的她称之为“出体”的经验，在早期学习课程的期间，她就在更高的领域与她的指导灵和老师们有过直接的意识接触

it was what got her attention 

就是这个引起了她的注意

she knew that the strange blue book was causing these unusual feelings and experiences

so if you start to feel different

if you start to have some new ideas some new inspirations

know that you are doing that yourself by changing the way you're looking at the world through this training program

if you have an unusual idea contemplate it and say

ah this may be a consequence of my Course in Miracles studies

I should not just dismiss it because it's something I've never thought of or never done before

it is perhaps guidance let me give it a try

and so we are happy that you are brave enough to transform the most powerful creative device in the universe

and that is the human mind aligned with love

you are heading towards that dear ones

so hang in there and keep coming back to see us every day

we are with you all the time

but we enjoy these group gatherings

I am that one that you know is Jesus
