Yes, I once thought of that too but there are two reasons I felt it won't be good: ✔ The city of silver has resources not found anywhere else. Not that he should be selfish wanting them to remain but it's better finding a means to save themselves. This ties with the 2nd point ✔ It could be dangerous. such a large number of people might start another story or several stories in the book. It might even summon Angel level monsters to be defeated before they can leave. ⏩ Also, they need to increase their strength before leaving lest they arrive in the real world and be assaulted by evil people. Outside, the few powerful people might not be able to defend the entire population. ⏩ Klein too isn't exactly powerful enough or with sufficient resources to help them once they leave. If he were, say, an Angel, maybe he could find a place for them to live and work and get used to outside

previously I thought the spirit world of the place was simply like separated from that of normal reality. It didn't cross my mind the place is completely shut off. It's like that place where foggy town is - Klein could use some abilities like flame jump which have an element of using the spirit world but he couldn't use Travelling

Okay so it just hit me that the characteristics of the gray fog might mean that Klein won’t have trouble stabilizing himself as he ascends to godhood at all, just think about what we’ve seen him do with it so far. The gray fog’s greatest property so far is removing interference and protecting someone from divination/dream-stealing/so on and so forth. He’s able to block out the ravings of Mr. Door for Fors, any mystical item that absorbs some of the gray fog becomes more docile, hell even the ravings from actual gods and the Sea God’s Scepter become manageable with the gray fog.
好吧，所以我突然想到，灰雾的特性可能意味着，克莱恩没有必要为了自己成神之后如何稳定自己的状态而苦恼了，因为你们想想，我们目前看到他用灰雾都做了些什么。目前灰雾最大的作用就是排除外界施加的干扰，还有反占卜/梦境入侵/等等等等。他现在已经可以替佛尔思摒除门先生的呓语了，还有任何吸收了一点灰雾雾气的神秘物品都会变得温顺很多，甚至连真神的呓语和海神节杖到了灰雾之上都会变成可以应付的等级。

It is a Dark souls reference I believe. The dragon slayers great bow is a weapon in Dark souls and dragons in the game are vulnerable to lightning.

That's likely it as Gehrman as his fake name is already a reference to Bloodborne which is the same dev.

I admit that made me chuckle, thing is it doesn't sound nearly as majestic and awe-inspiring as "Dragon-Slaying" sounds on It's own, on top of that it's likely a reference to dark souls as others have continously stated. 😁
我承认看到这句话之后我笑了，不过“猎鹿”听起来可没“猎龙”那么牛x，那么令人肃然起敬，而且还有可能是像其他人说的那样，这是一个引用自黑魂的武器名~
