Creative artists should always be given the freedom to express their own ideas (in words, pictures, music or film) in whichever way they wish. There should be no government restrictions on what they do.

To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Nowadays, art is become more and more populary of the youngth in the word and there are many forms of art, such as words, pictures, music or film. Now there is a discuss says that the artists should always be given the freedom to expressthrie own ideas in any way what they hope. In opinion, I disagree this sentence. I think the artists action must be managed of the government. Then I will tell you why I think like.

First of all, we all know that the form of art is multitudinous. The artists can use different way what they are skilled at to creative a production. But as far as I can say, art has its boundaries. Art should not escape management on the grounds that it needs to be created. As an old Chinese saying goes, "No rules, no standards". This saying means that everyone and everythink need there rules. Art is no exception. 

Let's take a popular example. Graffiti is also a form of art. In Chengdu, China, street graffiti is a feature of chengdu. But in the absence of government regulations, some graffiti enthusiasts will start creating. Like putting funny characters in a place that's supposed to be serious. Or taking a character who's supposed to be doing people good. Or even worse,  so called artists they started to commit crimes and then to say, "I'm creating a work of art." These are all wrong. And this is what would happen if there were no government. Everything needs rules, and art is no exception.

If there are no rules, and that leaves the field open for people to do something harmful to society. But from the very beginning, art was intended to benefit society.
