为什么读书很要/ 为什么喜欢读书?

· Reading expands my understanding of the world and it can change my perspectives on things. Books are like windows. By looking through them, I can see different views on humanity, current events, history, culture, and more. 

· Books introduce us into the best society; they bring us into the presence of the greatest minds that have ever lived. We hear what they said and did; we see them as if they were really alive; we sympathize with them, enjoy with them, grieve with them; their experience becomes ours, and we feel as if we were in a measure actors with them in the scenes which they describe.

·Listening to music, especially slow and quiet ones, can help to reduce stress tremendously. This type of music can help to reduce the levels of stress hormones and heart rate. Music can have a fantastic effect on both the emotions and the body. Whenever I feel stressed, try taking a shower with some slow, calming music playing in the background.
