What’s more, as an efficient employee trained in IBD, I can create value and deliver work with high quality during daily work.

An accidental opportunity kindled my enthusiasm for data analysis, while at the very beginning I thought that I could be a consultant, solving a problem for a company with my knowledge and my insight towards the industry. 

The first reason is about my personality. I am fond of taking challenges, and stepping out of the comfort zone. Once I find the value of one thing, I would spare no effort to do it. I became interested in data analysis in one lecture and I was impressed by the clear logic, simple code, and data-based solutions. And I know that there are numerous data in a company but many people ignore the value and hidden information them. I want to be the one who explores the secret behind the data and deliver actionable suggestions to the company, creating value for them. 

The second reason is that it is important nowadays to be an all-rounded talent, who can both do research quickly and accurately, as well as using first-hand data to make some implementation. 

Actually, after the experience as a data analysis intern, I have built some abilities that are also required by the consulting company. I became more sensitive about data, trying to digging the secret of it. I can find the problem hidden behind the operational data faster and now what kind of action should be taken. As a data analysis intern, I would have to communicate with the manager , the coding staff, and so on. I have developed my communication skills and know that how to deliver my requirement and findings smoothly. 

And I think that at this age, my cost to trying new things is relatively low, so why not seize the opportunity and embracing a different field
