特朗普放狠话：将袭击伊朗文化遗址！丨外媒说
美国1月3日发动空袭炸死伊朗指挥官苏莱曼尼，导致美伊局势陷入紧张。
5日，据伊朗官方通讯社伊通社（Islamic Republic News Agency），当天晚间伊朗政府将举行一次重要会议，讨论并最终决定减少履行伊核协议第五阶段的具体措施。
Iranian cabinet in a statement on Sunday announced the country's decision to take the final step to reduce commitments to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
伊朗政府会后发表声明说，伊朗的浓缩铀产量、浓缩铀水平、浓缩铀库存以及研究与发展，将不再遵守伊核协议条款。伊朗在中止履行伊核协议的第五阶段中，放弃了最后一个限制，即“离心机数量限制”。
The cabinet further stated in its statement that as the fifth step to reduce its commitments, Iran will abandon the last key restriction in the operation field put up in the JCPOA literally "the limitations in the number of centrifuges".
这意味着伊朗将不再受到伊核协定的任何制约，核试验将完全依据本国的技术需要展开。
Thus, it added, Iran's nuclear program will not face any kind of restrictions in such areas and will go on solely according to the country's technical needs.
早先在2019年11月5日，作为对美国单方面退出伊核协议的回应，伊朗总统鲁哈尼称将启动位于福尔多铀浓缩厂的离心机，迈出中止履行伊核协议的“第四步”。
所谓《伊朗核协定》，也被称为《联合全面行动计划》，早在2013年11月，伊朗就与伊核问题六国（美国、英国、法国、俄罗斯、中国和德国）在日内瓦签署了《伊朗核问题临时协议》，并于2014年1月20日生效。
2015年7月，伊朗与六国达成《伊朗核协定》。根据协议，伊朗承诺限制其核计划，国际社会将解除对伊制裁。
2018年5月，美国宣布退出伊核协议，并逐步恢复因协议而中止的对伊制裁。
但这并不意味着伊朗完全与国际监察部门"脱钩"，伊朗仍然将与联合国的国际原子能机构（IAEA）展开合作。伊朗外交部曾称，在苏莱曼尼被杀害后，伊朗不拒绝与美国在“5加1”框架内进行核谈判。
然而这些都有一个前提：美国撤销对伊朗的所有制裁。
A separate statement said Iran would "continue to work with international nuclear agencies and will return to JCPOA limits once all sanctions are removed from the country."

据CNN报道，伊朗最高领袖哈梅内伊的私人顾问德甘在接受采访时则明确表示，伊朗绝对会以军事方式予以回应（for sure be military），并扬言要对美国在中东的数个军事基地发动迅猛打击（retaliate directly against US "military sites"）。
"It might be argued that there could be proxy operations. We can say America, Mr Trump, has taken action directly against us—so we take direct action against America."
“有人认为可能会有代理操作。我们说，美国、特朗普对我们采取了直接行动，所以我们会以牙还牙。”
与此同时，伊拉克议会5日通过决议，要求政府努力结束外国军队在该国的存在。伊拉克看守政府总理阿卜杜勒-迈赫迪称美国的恐袭为“政治暗杀”。
法新社称，伊拉克议会这项决议就是要求美国领导的联军离开伊拉克，伊拉克已因美国在该国发动空袭杀死伊朗军事指挥官而愤怒无比。

特朗普威胁打击伊朗文化遗址
面对伊朗的"宣称报复"的言语，4日，特朗普发推特威胁打击52处伊朗目标，其中有些“对伊朗文化而言很重要”。
当地时间1月5日，特朗普接受美国媒体采访时再次威胁对伊朗文化遗址发动打击。
据《纽约时报》报道，特朗普1月5日在空军一号上作出了上述表态。
“They’re allowed to kill our people. They’re allowed to torture and maim our people. They’re allowed to use roadside bombs and blow up our people,” the president said. “And we’re not allowed to touch their cultural site? It doesn’t work that way.”
“他们可以杀害、折磨和残害我们的人民，他们可以用路边炸弹炸死我们的人民，而我们却不能动他们的文化遗址？这种事情是说不通的。”特朗普称。
5日，特朗普在推特上警告伊朗称，如果伊朗胆敢攻击任何美国人员和财产，那么美国将会快速做出回应并全面反击，可能采取某些不成比例的事情。
“这些(社交)媒体帖文完全可以当做是对美国国会的通报，如果伊朗袭击了任何美国人或目标，美国就可以进行快速而全力的反击，很可能是用一种(与对方的攻击)并不成比例的方式。这些行动并不需要法律意义上的通报，这已经是通报了！”
同时，特朗普威胁道，如果美军被迫离开伊拉克，将对伊拉克对采取“史无前例的制裁”。
Speaking from the presidential plane, Mr Trump said that if Iraq asked US forces to depart on an unfriendly basis, "we will charge them sanctions like they've never seen before, ever. It'll make Iranian sanctions look somewhat tame."
在空军一号上，特朗普说如果伊拉克不友好地要求美军撤离，“我们将对其采取史无前例的制裁手段，相比之下，对伊朗的制裁都不算什么。”
针对特朗普打击文化遗产地的威胁，伊朗外交部长扎里夫，随即将此与极端组织“伊斯兰国”（IS）破坏中东文化遗址行径相提并论，并说“锁定文化地点属于战争罪”。
英法德慌了：伊朗你快回来
伊朗宣布不再遵守伊核协议限制后，英法德三国慌了。
近年来，这三国为了维持伊核协议费尽心力，美国2018年退出协议后，更是有孤军奋战之感。
如今这一消息对他们来说，不啻于一个晴天霹雳。

Late on Sunday, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Emmanuel Macron and British PM Boris Johnson released a joint statement urging Iran to reverse all measures inconsistent with the JCPOA.
根据德国内阁公布声明内容，三国领导人特别呼吁伊朗不要采取和支持进一步的暴力行为，敦促伊朗不要不遵守伊核协议。
"We are ready to continue talks with all parties in order to contribute to de-escalating tensions and re-establishing stability in the region," they said.
三国领导人称，“我们准备好与各方继续会谈，为缓和该地区紧张局势和重建稳定局面作出贡献。”
对于伊拉克要求外国军队撤军的决议，英法德三国领导人呼吁巴格达应确保继续支持以美国为首的国际反恐联盟：
“We reaffirm our commitment to continuing the fight against Islamic State, which remains a priority. It is essential that we keep the coalition, in this regard. We call on the Iraqi authorities to continue to supply the necessary support to the coalition.”
“我们重申对打击‘伊斯兰国’组织的承诺，并仍然给予高度重视。在这方面，维持联盟是非常重要的。我们呼吁伊拉克政府继续向外国联军提供必要的支持。”
