托福口语评分标准自检问题

Delivery:

1. Did you maintain steady speed?

2. How many times do you stop unnaturally?

3. Did you recognize your words Pronunciation?

4. Did you stress important information?

5. Did you express ideas with different attitudes and feelings?

Language Use:

6. Did you hear simple common grammatical mistakes?

e.g.

Nouns: singular/plural form

Subject-verb agreement

Tense concord

Pronoun-he/she

7. Did you use the words/phrases correctly?

e.g.

in campus (wrong form)-on campus

be interesting in (wrong form)-be  interested in

interfere my study (wrong form)-interfere with my study

8. Did you use a variety of clauses?

e.g.

SVO, and/so/because/but SVO.

When/If/Although SVO, SVO.

9. Did you avoid repeating the same word?

For example,

The word “important” can be replaced by “essential,”  “critical,” “vital,” “significant.”...

Topic Development:

10. Did you provide a clear topic sentence?

11. Did you provide clear reasons with sufficient details?

12. Did you use the “introduction, body, conclusion” structure?

13. Did you include most of the important ideas from the reading and listening materials?
