well this topic is something interesting that reminds me of studying overseas in the UK , which is an important decision that I made .

what I am talking about is to further my studies in a foreign university in England , hopefully top ones say Cambridge or Oxford , anyway I will be studying and living in that part of the world for at least four or fives years until I get a master’s degree .

how I made my decision may sound complex , I had quite a few conversations with my parents who were not supportive in the first place , however due to my perseverance and determination they gave me a final yes , moreover I had a discussion with teachers and friends over whether I was suited to western education , surprisingly they approved of what I was unsure about .

as for the results , well it is a happy ending , I received everybody’s blessings and encouragement in what I wanted to do , therefore I have been preparing for language tests and academic qualifications say GPA , in addition a letter of recommendation is more than necessary .

speaking of the reasons why the decision was important , you know what

firstly ,

studying abroad makes an opportunity for me to expand horizons and increase knowledge , especially in the UK where prestigious universities flock together , I’d learn something that seems alien in a Chinese school however I can develop an international perspective when looking at things , for instance ,....

secondly ,

a realistic benefit is that I may find an ideal job elsewhere on the planet , to be honest with you I’ll never ever want to confine myself within China's borders but make myself a world citizen and carve out my own business overseas some day , for example ,....
