翻译长难句的时候，一定要注意词组的搭配是否符合中文表达习惯。

例如：shape an international environment

shape作为动词，本身表示“塑造；形成”。与名词短语an international environment形成词组时，如果翻译为“形成…的国际环境”似乎也可以阐述含义，但却不甚符合国人表达习惯，故在此修改为“营造…的国际环境”会更加精准。
