recruiters需要注意的七个点去effective application

一句话作为重点你真正想做的事情，以及你所拥有的技能和对应如何有效的表达在简历中。具体细分为7点

1. 弄清楚你真正想做的事（不要太过在意目前薪酬，学会找自己想要的）try to obsess over your wish。 其次根据这个去看岗位是否需要您过去担任过某个角色或责任（skill be fellow）

2. 根据基本资格（basic qualifications）选择五个角色(narrowed down by basic(fulfilling)/preferred skills)

3. 不要以头衔（job title）来判断工作,注意细节需求的resource ，在transferable skills。以及对于larger company， that scale differently 。但针对经验较多者去考虑以上方面。

4. 用数据构建你的故事（Frame the structure with data）-resume portion

   -paint the picture of what you've accomplished in a measurable way by quantitative impact as the quanlitative is hart to translate on cv,  like cost/time saving process improvment (other data point show up concisely/clearly)

5. 确定您的独特价值(unique value) base on the position 

   job description to indentify it that you could bring to th role using data to highlight those skills.

6. 简化你的简历(simplify resume)-to reflects these skills

   确保它简洁明了，并包括你以前的头衔、多年的经验、技能和专业水平

   同样重要的是，专注于你的成就，而不仅仅是责任或义务。
   

7. 不要缩短你的经历(don't cut your experience short)-full picture of your professional involvement.

   对于可能缺乏专业经验但与大学俱乐部或志愿者组织有相关参与的学生来说尤其重要。 -fraternity or sorority involvement on their resumes,将简历保持在一页仍然很重要，但即使是那些职业生涯较长的人也应该能够适应他们在这个领域的最新相关经验。
