Epinephrine is the first-line therapy for anaphylaxis. A patient weighing over what weight should receive the adult dose of 0.5 mg IM?

 Answer 答案：

The recommended dose is 0.01 mg/kg to a maximum of 0.3 mg in children. Any patient weighing over 50 kg should receive 0.5 mg IM.

建议儿童剂量为0.01 mg/kg到最大剂量0.3mg。任何超过50kg体重患者应该给0.5mg肌注。
