【理论04】注意力偏差，attentional bias
释义
The tendency to pay attention to some things while simultaneously ignoring others. Attentional bias affects not only the things that we perceive in the environment but the decisions that we make based upon our perceptions.
一个人过度关注环境中的特定讯息 ，此时个体会忽视其他讯息 。注意力偏差可以解释一个人在被现有的思路占据时，没有考虑其他的可能性。
例子
（1）台上人的过度紧张：将注意力集中在自己的动作、声音、形象上，而不是自己的内容。
（2）最近发生的事情容易在做决定的时候权重变大，从而影响决定。
（3）当注意力关注到一个事物，会触发自身的奖励机制，当吸烟者看到别人吸烟时候，也会注意到自己吸烟时候的舒服感觉，而早把自己要戒烟的事情忘的一干二净。
原因
（1）注意力有限，会选择容易处理的信息。
（2）进化的结果：大脑习惯用直觉处理信息，可以节省能量。
如何应对
（1）Assess your thinking：冷静，尝试发散注意力，隔离大脑和事务的兴奋程度
（2）有意识地扩大观察样本
（3）Practice mindfulness：练习正念冥想，学习更好地控制自己的注意力
