实例分析
在37°C下用终浓度为4000x或2000x的NUCLEAR-ID ® Red DNA Stain或同等µM浓度的竞争品牌染料对细胞进行染色，并在染色后轻轻洗涤。在15分钟和24小时对细胞成像，结果显示NUCLEAR-ID ® Red DNA Stain在更低的浓度就能显现dsDNA。
