To resolve this issue, I think we need to start with personal quality of applicants, such as motivated, diligent and responsible.

I think upward mobility is necessary for everyone, because a man is progressive when he has upward mobility and it is also good for the company to move forward. Once a man is motivated, he will work hard so that he can make himself progress, thus company also becomes better.

Next, I think a diligent man is also a nice choice. If a man owns great capability but he is very lazy, he won’t benefit companies.
