Situation: Once, We realized three days before a project deadline that two of our teams were using incompatible software tools.
Task: As the project manager, I had to find a way to deal with this without causing any delays.
Action: I talked to both team leaders and we made a plan for one team to convert their work into a different format, with help from some staff from other departments.
Result: It was very close but we managed to get everything done on time.
PART3 升华
一句话总结:不必多么远大,但要体现出自己有认真思考
If I become a graduate student, it means I hold a heavier social ability, so being a meritorious leader is a way to maximize my value not only in academic learning but also in further research field which is directly connected with society.

1. 知道贵项目现在有某些课题,自己希望能够参与,并在某些细分领域独当一面;
2. 自己之前无意之间做的一个公益项目,现在知道领导力的重要性,决定继续坚持做;

Sample: Listening, Communication and Action
As the minister of the HR Team of the consulting club in my school, I’m responsible for recruiting new members for the club. During the recruiting process, there was a member in our team who just didn’ t pull his weight and always missed the deadline. The problem is usually a reflection of some sort of miscommunication, so the first thing I did was to sit down with him and find out whether he was thinking something different to what I was thinking. At first, his responsibility was to collect application materials of the applicants from the mailbox and sort them out, which I think was pretty easy. However , he thought he was doing the dirty work in our team and being underestimated. Knowing that, I asked his opinion about constructing a interview question pool based on his knowledge experience of collecting so many resumes. He proactively raise hand to construct the pool. This task was obviously more challenging, but surprisingly he finished the task with great
satisfaction. He didn’ t miss the deadline and prepared almost ten pages of interview questions. Even more, he work even harder when collecting resumes going forward.
