Recently,the issue of environment protection has been in the limelight into focus to public attentive concern.We should take main responsibility for taking actions to solve the problem of global climate changes has caused numerous controversies and drawn the attention of the public.Some people insist that governments should take the main responsibility to take the issue,and i approve of this viewpoint of individual and social reasons. First and foremost,through individuals and companies must have to be taken into account ,I still reckon that government should take the main responsibility.This is because global climate change can bring disadvantage to people’s lives. Furthermore,another factor should be considered is social reason.As far as government is concerned ,the ultimate goal of government is to maintain and promote well-being of society,so governments play an important role in our whole society. In conclusion,i firmly believe that governments should take the main responsibility for taking actions for global climate change,To address this issue,individuals and society should make a concerted effort.
